Over the years standards have risen to such an extent that on entering a hospitality suite or chalet, there is a real sense of permanence and sophistication. Fully functioning reception areas, bar lounges, restaurants, washroom facilities, kitchens, offices and conference suites all with air conditioning, IT and AV are very much the norm and have to be planned meticulously to fit within the structure or building provided.
